Open positions
Front of House
Help create a welcoming, friendly experience from the moment guests arrive.
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, upbeat service
- Take orders accurately and help guests with menu questions
- Keep the dining and service areas clean, organised and ready
- Work closely with the kitchen and the wider team during busy services
Chef
Bring consistency, care and pace to the kitchen while helping us serve food we’re proud of.
- Prepare and cook dishes to Taco Nopal’s standards
- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and organisation
- Support prep, stock control and smooth kitchen service
- Communicate clearly and contribute to a positive team culture
Manager
Lead the team on shift and help deliver consistently excellent food, service and operations.
- Run confident, organised shifts across front and back of house
- Coach and support the team, setting a positive example
- Maintain high standards for service, food safety and presentation
- Help with rotas, stock, opening and closing, and day-to-day problem solving
